When editing an itinerary, and ending with <Update> <Save and exit> \"File.tci\" is completely lost if not saved just before with a different name.

It is necessary to do :
- save (without exit),
- quit editing,
- save \"File.tci\",
- reload them !!!

Proposition :
- suppress the problem or
- automaticly save actual \"File.tci\" in a \"Filetci.tmp\" file when enter in editing mode to be able to find again his work.

thanks for all your suggestions.
In the moment I\'m coding the new version of CATrain Itineraries... I would change the update function: The tci-file would not be saved after updating an itinerary... (That\'s the first idea...)
