It would be nice to have a description and notes included with each layout.

E.g. for Simpliti.tci, this might look like
"Simple layout with 2 trains running alternate on 3 blocks of rail.
With a tunnel and street-crossings."

To make it easy for the author of a design to maintain such a text from within caTrain,
I suggest an entry in the mode-menu "Edit layout-description",
that starts an external editor (just like for "Readme" or "Global info").

The tci-file just needs to store the path to that file,
eg. Simpliti.txt for Simpliti.tci

Maybe we can also supply descriptions to the existing layouts this way.
